THON 2012 - $10,686,024.83 FOR THE KIDS To anyone that still needs to put their word in about anything negative involving Penn State, whether that be Sandusky, Joe Paterno, the students, etc, take a look at this number. In one year we raised over $10.6 MILLION for kids with cancer. We raised it for hope, for love, for the cure. We give kids a second shot at life so one day they can dance cancer free. So if you ever feel the need to make a negative comment about my university, please take 46 hours, before you speak. I challenge you to not sit or sleep for 46 hours. NOTHING, and I really do believe that nothing, will ever even come close to comparing to the glory that is Penn State Dance MaraTHON.
